Have just upgraded to STP2 Reckon Version which has been sent to me but unable to open my file.
Showing error 6123, 0.
What does this mean?

You indicated you just upgraded to the newer software version.
Do you still have both the previous version and the newer software version installed?
If you still have your older version installed, are you still able to open the data file there?
When did you last successfully open your data file?
Was that successfully opened in the previous version or in the newer version software?
Have you made a backup recently of your data file?
The crisis has been averted.
It appears all I needed to do was activate the new version.
