I went to print an estimate, then the printing window came up, never progressed any further. Frozen.

    Have you restarted the computer, maybe try a different browser?

    Xeptor, have you got pop ups enabled for the hosted website? This is the usual fault

    Have done both those operations. Its been over 11/2hrs now & still the same. Below is a screen shot
