I was offered a solution to this & it never worked. Closed down computer, used a different browser.
I went to print an estimate & it was trying to print for ages so I cancelled the operation but its frozen at this window. Benn over an hour.
Have you tried printing anything else?
in addition to this window do you get a little blue window in the top right that says printing but is only there for a short time? If you do try clicking on that quickly before it disappears
