Super payment not showing in payroll tax
I'm using Reckon Hosted payroll, I entered a new employee and entered her Super company, ticked all the boxes for super to be included in State Payroll Tax, however when I print the monthly state payroll tax report her super amount is not shown, but it is shown in the Payroll totals report. This mucks up the amount payed to State Revenue.
I've triple checked everything and I can't see any errors.

Check the State Payroll Tax Payroll Item - You may need to check any applicable, newly-created ones are also ticked there βΊοΈ

Are you specifically referring to the default State Payroll Tax reports ? These ones are known to be very glitchy & unreliable (though not really sure why π€¨) Often the summary version will be correct but not the detailed version or vice versa π
I just use a modified Payroll Summary report instead, that I customise for the applicable Payroll Items & Memorise it, to re-use each month/quarter as required π¬
