i have updated to 2023 but it wont let me access the file


im on hosted reckon
i upgraded the file in july and have been using the file but today i cant log in when i select version 2023
it tells me i have upgraded the file and cant log into 2022 version
whats going on
anyone experiencing this. ive log a ticket but the 3rd is only a few days away.

Hi @DACOS
Sometimes the session connection can get stuck at Reckon’s end.
Have you tried forcing the disconnection by going into the Control Panel & selecting Log Off Remote Sessions ? This normally resolves the issue ☺️
