Process holiday loading in Reckon desk softward

Hi. Could anyone help me to process the holiday day payment?

Annual leave 76hrs.

1.I entered Holiday hours 76 & holiday 17.5% loading ?

2.Does the holiday loading subject to super and PAYG?

It is my first time to process holiday pay in Reckon Desk software.

Normal Holiday loading is subject to super and and PAYG, unless it comes under a special award

Could you also help to how much should i enter next to holiday 17.5% loading in Reckon? The total gross mount of the holiday payment of the 76hrs?

It sounds like you could do with some one on one training to set things up, if setup correctly the loading is automatic. If you look up the holiday loading pay item it should have 17.5% entered. You then enter this in the employee’s pay and after entering the holiday hours it will calculate automatically

There was no automatics calculating for the holiday loading. What I did as below

Holiday payment amount $ 2000

Holiday loading 17.5% I entered qty 2000 and it showed the Holiday loading 17.5% 2000*17.5%=350

It is my first time to process holiday loading payment in Reckon.
