Downloading Reckon Desktop Accounts Plus to new laptop

I have recently purchased a new laptop and would like to have the software on my new laptop currently I have it downloaded on my old computer. I tried to download accounts plus software but I am getting this message pop up. I have disabled my security. I can't make the box bigger to read the error message. Has anyone come across this before? If i could get some help please. Many thanks.

    Hi Emily 182,

    The Error 1920 you’re encountering during the installation of Reckon Accounts is related to the QuickBooks Database Manager Service failing to start12. Here is a step you can try to resolve this issue:

    Navigate to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off to check the .NET Framework. Verify that the.NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0 checkboxes are selected.
