Hi,

I have Just submitted this weeks pay new pay event & realised I have made & error. Do I do an update event or full file replacement?

Hi @Melissa Fines,

Did you have an error bounce back from GovConnect or was there an error with the employee data entered for the pay-run and you need to update the information sent?

If you need to make amendments to employee balances that were sent in your previous submission then you can correct this via an update event. Info in the guide below 👇

Error was with the employee data entered for the pay-run, do I submit an updated file for only the one Employee that was entered incorrectly?
