Payslips - Year to date figures

My client has just noticed the year to date figures on the payslips are incorrect. All was fine upto and including the last pay in December 2017, however the first payslip in January 2018 appears to show calendar year totals. ?Is this a direct result of the last update (since reverted), does anyone else have this issue?
?The same thing occurred last may when they upgraded using the desktop version. ??Which was resolved by turning off payroll, rebuilding the data file, creating a portable file and restoring same and reactivating payroll.

Have you checked Company setup in the Company Information? Or the knowledge Base?

My year to date reset to last fortnight. company information correct = JULY
This happened after the licence was renewed. Has anyone else had the same issue and how to i fix this? Do I need to run a data rebuild?

Hi @StaceyL123
Yes, I'd recommend running the rebuild THREE times (For some reason, 3 rebuilds solves a number of issues!)

Thanks Shaz,
Lucky for me - just the one time - took just under 30 mins to back up and rebuild x 1
Have a great week :)
