Hi Kelly
As with most tasks, you can actually find this within the program's Help section! 😊:
Click on the Help dropdown menu > Reckon Accounts Help In the search box on the Index tab, type Import, then double-click on the about sub-topic. Double-click on Reference guide to import files:
You'll find several expandable links within that article or you can look at one of the other sub-topics. You can also enter keywords & phrases - like Importing transactions - under the Search tab & this also displays some additional, related help content too:

Hi @KSierociak
Depending on your level of proficiency with working with Excel, and reading up on the Help guides, it may be an easier option to make use of 3rd party tools, one is free, the other is a purchasable product with a trial period available.

If you want to look at a template.
Ensure that when opening in Excel that you keep the delimiter as 'tab'
And that you make all column of type "Text".
When saving the file with your changes, it needs to be a tab-delimited text file with the file extension ".IIF", not a CSV.
Note:
Accounts named in the import file MUST already exist in the destination data file into which it is being imported.
There are many questions on the Community that deal with problems that users may encounter if the IIF file is not correctly structured or missing information, so use the Community Search feature to locate any posts that may be relevant to your question before posting a brand new question which may already have a workaround or solution.
