Down loading Amex Transactions

When I download my transactions from Amex into my Amex Reckon Account via QIF file the postings are reversed with Credit in the debit side and Debit on the credit side and I have to manually change them over. I have contacted Amex but they say to contact Reckon about this . Does anyone else have this probelm
