We are terminating an employee and they have requested that the LSS be paid as a Salary Sacrifice to their super, how do I process this payment?
Unfortunately, this is generally not permitted as it doesn't meet the conditions of an “effective salary sacrifice arrangement” eg it would need to have been a written agreement in place prior to the leave accruing 😬
