Reckon Renewal will not update

After paying for the renewal licence, the system still says the subscription will end later this month. I live on Norfolk Island, where the internet is ho-hum. Can anyone help?

Thanks, Gerry. I got into Skype and called the helpline, and we updated everything manually. Thanks for reaching out. I still remember how much you helped me when I arrived on the island. Any word on the future of the product?
