In the STP file I have difference from the Salary Sacrifice Figure and the Other Payments Super
Type L & R. What does this mean?

L = SG (eg Employer compulsory super)
R = RESC (& should match the SS super amount):
From your figures, if the Salary Sacrifice is all Super, you've had the dropout glitch with your RESC - If you do a search on here, you'll find my (& other) posts on how to fix that 😬
