Had a laptop malfunction and could not logout of hosted as per normal.
How do I regain access

Can you please try log off remote session and then try to access the file again?
In the Dashboard, click on the Control Panel button.
In the Control Panel screen, click on 'Log off Remote Sessions'
Log off Remote Sessions'
If there are user session present, click on blue hyper link 'Log off user'.
Log off user'.
