Can you set it up for the company address to appear on emails being sent with reports?

I want to send reports to the accountant via email.  Is it possible to have the company address automatically appear on the body of the email?

Hi @Deirdre Lowery

This can be managed from the following options as mentioned below -

* Create a Report - Click on Modify Report 
* Going to Headers/Footer will give you an option to enter the Company Name.

* Other option is Go to Edit - Preferences - Send Forms
* In here, you can have the information for the Body of an email.
