Scheduled transactions list

The system is adding schedules transactions to the list multiple times and will not allow me to delete them, as there are now hundreds of them also will not allow me to add new scheduled transactions. It also appears to of taken out scheduled transactions that i have had in scheduled transactions for some time such as monthly transactions.

Multiple entries appearing in scheduled transactions that I didn't put in, Dozens of the same transaction, can someone shed some light on the problem as it is also taking out scheduled transactions that I have put in.
