Link Shopify E-Comm and POS to Reckon Accounts Premier

Hi all,

My company is using Reckon Accounts Premier for all our accounting. Our website is with Shopify and all our retail stores POS are Shopify POS. This eco-system works for us and tracks inventory, discounts, etc. What i'm trying to do is link these sales channels to our Reckon Accounts Premier software so we don't have to manually enter each transaction. Can this be done? Any suggestions or support would be very helpful.

If you are looking to integrate with Shopify, it may be beneficial to consider transitioning to Reckon Hosted which is web version of Reckon Accounts. This platform offers enhanced capabilities that facilitate such integrations.

Hi Reeta, we are unable to transition. At least not in the next few years. Is there anything out there for desktop versions?

Hi @Reeta, unfortunately there doesn't appear to be anything which would help with connecting to shopify in the provided marketplace compatible with Reckon Desktop. I noticed that there is a tool called QuickBooks Web Connector which does what we are looking for. Can you advise if this would work? I understand that Reckon Accounts is based off Quickbooks outside of Australia.
