Reckon Account Plus 19

I have a very old version of Reckon - Reckon Accounts Plus 2019 - which I am able to open, however I cannot generate any reports beyond the last year of operation namely 2019. I need a wages report for an employee for long service leave purposes and am stymied. Can anyone help?

are there any transactions since 2019?

No, I moved onto quickbooks.

so if there are no transactions since 2019 why do you need reports after that date, they would be empty

I need the wages data pre-2019 for long service calculations for an employee. That is where the data will be stored, however I cannot get access to it.

so if you set the report dates for say year ended 30/6/19, don’t you get any information?

The only information I am getting, regardless of when I set the date ie 1/1/2016 to 1/1/2019, it will only give me information for 2019

back up the file to the desktop and then right click on it and select properties and you will see the size
