HI, is there any way at all to make estimates & po's for a variety of customers/suppliers - in a bulk action - for eg. Any estimates dated 2022 and prior, make inactive.

There is no built-in function to perform bulk actions like the one you have described.
This tool on the Reckon Add-on Marketplace may be able to perform the actions you need (please confirm with the developer for more details)
