This is a two fold question

The first is logging in. When I try to login other than this way of via an existing question I am informed that my userid or password is incorrect.
The second is about accounts.
We have an existing 'Functions' account in the Accounts Listing (see jpgs 1 &2). However, when I try to access this function in the drop down box in 'Sales receipts' it isn't there. Why is this?
Also, I would like to have multiple sub accounts under Functions such as 'Christmas Lunch', 'Melbourne Cup', 'Presentations Dinner' etc.

I think I have worked it out.
Functions and its sub functions are only available in 'Record Deposits'. Why?
