hello, I have a new windows 11 laptop computer and downloaded V13 Reckon personal; plus.I am trus.us

I am transferring two files from my Windows 10 computer to the new computer.

One file restores without a problem. The second comes up with error messages."one or more backup files are missing". One of the attempts to restore with a different external hard drive

gave the message " the disk is not ready".

Another attempt gave the message " file name too long"

I also attempted a restore after changing the file name on the backup, to the same error message.

This is very confusing especially since the backups restore very happily to another Windows 10 desktop computer. Please help ASAP if possible.
