Auto generated Super calculations
I am just wondering if there is a way for Reckon Accounts Hosted to automatically calculate the super for each person for their payslips. Currently I am entering it depending on hours worked including holidays and personal leave.
Just wanting to streamline my payroll process.

Dear @GLDMachFab1 ,
Reckon Accounts Hosted has a default Super Guarantee item that should automatically calculate Super on your pay items.
Have you checked if your employees have the Super Guarantee item in their default pay items in their Payroll & Compensation Info tab?
Have you also checked if your Super Guarantee item is marked to calculate on your pay items?

If itβs not automatically calculating accurately, this will likely be due to incorrect configuration in the Super Payroll Item itself - Open the Payroll Item List (under the Lists dropdown menu), double-click on it & check the settings in Taxes (State Payroll Tax should be selected but NOT PAYG Tax !) & also that the correct pay items are selected in the final Inclusions windows.

Did you use the deafult super item?
Have you tagged the payroll items correctly
Something is missing since this is supposed to work out of the box
