    Dear @Mandy ,

As you are using an older edition of Reckon Accounts, information and assistance provided may be limited due to it being out of date. I would advise you also to upgrade to the latest edition (Reckon Accounts 2024) if the following instructions cannot help.

To undo a previous bank reconciliation:

    1. Go to Banking.
    2. Go to Reconcile.
    3. Click Undo last reconciliation.

This will allow you to undo your last bank reconciliation, and allow you to set a new closing balance.

    Kind regards,

Hi Kris, I did leave you a message. However after talking with my accountant, as this is the very last Bank Rec before closing the business and retirement we found a work around.

    Thanks

    Dear @Mandy ,

You do not need to go to Reports - Banking should be its own section in the drop-down menus.

Again, due to the fact your program is out of date, my instructions may not match up perfectly.

    Kind regards,
