STP2 has been designed to remove the need for paper forms as the relevant details should now be included in your submissions. However, some govt agencies aren't quite up to speed with it yet so are still requesting the paper version 🙄
As a side note, Hosted is the desktop version of Reckon Accounts but is "hosted" by Reckon on their secure servers (hence the name) Although to us - as the user - it's "online", it actually isn't as we're logging in remotely to Reckon's encrypted system, not into the cloud.
Reckon Accounts was originally owned by Intuit (previously known as "QuickBooks") with Reckon having license to develop it in Australia. When the license period expired some years ago, Intuit decided they wanted to bring their own cloud product to Australia so - whilst they renewed Reckon's product development license for the next century - they required Reckon to change the name.
Due to the above, there are a few limitations as:
