I cannot find the tab to download my updated 2024 software. Is the site not working?

    It appears to be functioning correctly on our end. Could you kindly confirm if you have attempted to use a different browser or cleared the cache and retried with the same one? Thank you.

    Additionally, if your Customer ID is the same as that listed in your Community profile, I can confirm that the link for downloading the software is available for you as attached.
