Customers & Jobs - unable to open customer invoices.
Go to customer - click on an invoice - nothing!

Is it just the Invoices that you're unable to open? Or is all of Reckon seemingly frozen?
Let me know - there are solutions to either problem, we just need to know a little more.

I'm just trying to log back in
I have logged back in, extremely slow, but I'm in.
It appears to have fixed itself.
Odd - but I'm glad you can get in.
Just remember to check if you have duplicate sessions (through Control Panel) or if you have the "Emails to be Sent" or "Forms to Print" windows closed (you can check by pressing Alt+PageUp).
