lost recovery pin

Hi Guys,

My phone deleted my MFA Authenticator app and now I cannot add it back into the app without a QR code. I cannot get into reckon now without the 6 digit MFA to revoke that and use the recovery pin, as I cannot find the pin anywhere. How can I get the pin back or a QR code?

Hi @ashpatch,

Please contact our Technical Support team on 1300 756 663 and we will have them assist you in revoking the MFA code for your account. Unfortunately, there will be no way to revoke the MFA as you do not have the recovery pin or the original MFA app entry.

Once its revoked, you will need to setup MFA again and at that stage and you'll be presented a new Recovery PIN, please ensure to keep that recovery pin somewhere safe for next time in case you need it.
