    Would love to get a bit more detail on this. Can you let us know the process you're currently going through to search using this criteria?

    Hi Rav, at the moment we use the memo field for job address's etc. But we can't search memo field, you can only scroll through the memo field after you have searched an account. If we could at the find window, search by the memo field it would save heaps of time searching the account details in the memo field to find the job address you are looking for. So as an example, if we had an address 123 abc street, we want to be able to search the memo field for abc and bring up those quotes/ invoices/ purchase orders etc that have abc in the memo field. Does that make sense?

    Hi @matt

    You can definitely search the memo - The filter for is just called Description though (rather than "Memo"):

    You can filter it further by many more options also, incl - but not limited to - Transaction Type, Date, Amount, Name (Job) etc etc.

    TIP: If this is something you use often, customise it to exactly what you need & click on Report. Name it on the Header/Footer tab under Modify Report, Total by/Sort by as required then Memorise it. You can also add it to your icon bar for quick 1-click access, pre-formatted ! ☺️

    You are an absolute legend. I just checked it and it is exactly as you say. That is going to save heaps of time. Thank you very much. Why the hell call it description when every where else it is called memo? That is why we never knew it was there.

    I agree … but it's carried over from the original base coding (by Intuit) so it's possible it could be something Reckon is unable to change 😬

    … Definitely worth submitting as a request/idea though, just in case πŸ™Œ
