Copying lists to new company/new computer

Hi all - can you please confirm if only active customers/suppliers/items/employees will be transferred when I copy my lists? Also, I need prices for the items transferred. How is that done please?

    name the file lists.iif

    Remove the asterisk

    If you copy all lists everything will come across, if you want to modify anything then export to excel and make your changes there and then import them.

    Hi all - I have tried exporting lists this morning by doing this:

    which was on the link 'how to export iif lists'

    I am getting this when I try to save:

    What am I doing wrong please?

    you have to tick what lists you want included in the IIF file

    Thanks Kris - I did that, the screen shot is from the instructions, not my screen
