Hi all - can you please confirm if only active customers/suppliers/items/employees will be transferred when I copy my lists? Also, I need prices for the items transferred. How is that done please?

name the file lists.iif
Remove the asterisk
If you copy all lists everything will come across, if you want to modify anything then export to excel and make your changes there and then import them.

you have to tick what lists you want included in the IIF file
