STP File Replacement

Hi, I needed to unlock a pay from last month to make a change to correct the Super figure before we make payment. I had keyed the OTE figure as O/T, hence the Super was not correct. This did not affect the Gross, PAYG or Net figure, only the Super Figure. How do I do a File replacement or will this up date when I upload Finalise Year. I would appreciate your assistance ASAP. Thanks

Hi @Kathyd

Yes, you can always edit the pay run if there are any changes in the figures.

However, rather than submitting the pay run as a File Replacement, please submit as an Update Event and it will also update YTD figures followed by submitting the EOFY.

Hi Tanvi, Am I clicking on the last STP I uploaded which included that employee and only ticking that person only?

All Good, I just uploaded and I can see it has changed the figures but it will only be for that employee😊
