All I wish to do is to renew my membership which has been paid. This script error comes up, I've no idea what it means or what to do. Please help

Just login to the Reckon members site in your own browser then download the latest version of personal
Thanks for the help, yes I did have to download the latest version, always a bit nervous when I have to uninstall old version. Anyway all ok now. Thanks for your input.
