aborts while working on company file

Question

I have updated my reckon accounts premier recently to V34, since then my data file is aborting constantly while working, I have also noticed that my sample file is nowhere to be found

Help me solve this

first thing I would try is doing a Rebuild Data - 3 times. Yes that’s odd but 3 times does fix some things, I hope it fixes yours

File - Utilities - rebuild data

You can do a search on your computer for Quickbooks files *.qbw to look for your sample file
