REMOVE PREVIOUS VERSION BUTTON AFTER UPGRADE AND DISPLAY SOFTWARE YEAR

I upgraded my RAH to the 2025 version which is fine, but I think once the upgrade has been done, the RAH 2024 button should disappear. It would be quite easy to click on the wrong year by accident especially right after the install.

Also, I can't see what version/year of RAH I am using. In Reckon Accounts Enterprise, you could see the year of the software you were using for e.g. Reckon Accounts Enterprise Manufacturing & Wholesale Edition 2024.

Thanks so much for raising this idea, you're right, now that Reckon Accounts & Reckon Accounts Hosted supports dual tax tables and the ability to adjust super guarantee rates on the fly, there's no need to delay upgrading to the new version upon release.

With that said, the Reckon Accounts Hosted product team have reviewed your suggestion and unfortunately the ability to remove the previous version upon upgrade is unlikely to be implemented due to the potential complexity involved however they have marked this request as one to consider for future improvements.

Maybe a different coloured button for the newer year version instead of the same colored button with that little text "new" on it.
