Super Total is different on State Payroll Tax report compared to other reports and super paid

Rather a strange question. Hoping someone can help. I have run all my reports for EOFY. I have done the Super Sanity Check that Calyton Oates suggests. I reconciled all my super payments. When I run the State Payroll Tax Summary report the amount is $15.52 less against super in this report compared all other reports. I have tracked it to one employee who who was paid $15.52 in super. Cant work out why the Payroll Tax Report is different given the payroll items used to pay this employee had the payroll tax box ticked. Is driving me crazy trying to work it out.
Any help would be great.

In addition to above I have found more discrepencies. At first I thought maybe the payroll tax button wasn't ticked however looking at the discrepencies this isn't possible as if this was the case everything assigned to the paticular payroll item wouldnt have payroll tax. Its also only small amounts. Is it possible to run an audit report and see if the payroll tax button was unticked at any stage. Or is the another way to check why the discrepency

Just double check that this employee has the box ticked for State Payroll Tax and the correct State listed in the dropdown.

I have ticked all the State Payroll Tax box's with correct State and the reports are still incorrect.
Is there a step by step guide to make sure i have it set up correctly please.

Hi Veronika,
If it is not your employee configuration that is the issue, then I can only think it is the set-up on one of your payroll items. Are you able to narrow down what is not adding up correctly? For example, is it one of your leave totals, or perhaps super? If you can narrow it down, I would then check the set up for those payroll items and make sure they are set to be included in payroll tax. HTH

It's all total's, i did check the payroll items had payroll tax ticket. I will go and check again.
