Reckon Accounts Hosted - exporting to Excel

We are trying to export to excel the report : Profit & Loss by Job for specific financial years. We can export it but when we download the report it is blank.

We think there is an issue with the number of columns in the report. We have tried making the report smaller by deselecting the space between columns in the Advanced tab but to no avail. for 2 of our most recent Financial years.

Any suggestions as to what we can do? We are not able to export to CSV either. Columns appear to max out at ZZ.

Just did a test and mine worked ok, so check your date range and if you see the amounts on your screen that is what is showing after the download.

I have just tried again and it appears to be working now. Our issue was that we could export but when we downloaded the file it was just blank. There were two of us that were having the same issue.
