Duplicated 2FA
Somehow I've managed to set the same entity up for authentication under both of my email addresses. Is there a way to either delete one of the duplications, or to amalgamate them?

Sorry, I'm a bit confused by what you mean regarding authentication under both of my email addresses.
2FA should only provide the option to use either an authenticator app or SMS to a phone number, and each account will have its own separate 2FA setup.
Could you please clarify where you're seeing an issue? A screenshot would be really helpful as well.

Thanks, Jason - sorry that I confused you. I have the Google Authenticator App on my phone, but with two different email addresses. However, I have just discovered (sorry to all those who would say "duhhh..") that you can delete unwanted 2FA for various apps on the Authenticator by simply "swiping left" on the selected name (ie MYOB, Facebook or whatever) - so that's what I've done. Problem solved, and another lesson learned.

Good tip @Helon1944, I only found this out recently as well. So much easier now without the clutter of unrequired entries in the app
