i am using quicken 2010 personnal plua»> it is install on lenovo laptop .. window 10 11

i use quicken to enter stocks market entries,, it stop processing entries on 18 september??

i spoke to quicken team , and suggerst i reinstall» no difference??

my son had a look .. he found out that i have 16000 entries,, and he think i have reach the limit ??

we try on another laptop» same story,, can not process?

what you suggest??

i just try» to delete 3 transactions , and enter 4 transactions.. it stop just the same ??

as well i did on another laptop .. same m??

VALIDATE

SUPER VALIDATE

YOUR FILE IS GETTING OLD AS WELL

Please confirm where the file is kept and the file name as it cant be any longer than 8 characters

i did a validate ?? no change

I can see your file is located in Onedrive This is a big no no and all the other files I see the name length is way too long When I get back from holidays on Friday I will give you a call and we can try and fix your problem Just private message me your ID and pin and I will log in and we can fix it

Wow that is a huge file name, can't say I've seen one longer than that before. Needs to be shortened

This is caused by numerous backups and restores; I tell all my clients that when they RESTORE a file rename it straight to a short name to solve problems later on.
