Can any one advise on this. On discussions with Reckon they have the current email on their files but the login will only accept the old email. Reckon stated i have to go to the community page to get the answer??

Where do you want this email change to occur is it for one of our cloud products such as Reckon One or Hosted?

My email on my subscription is correct but incorrect on my login account. I want to chnage the latter to the same email as the subscription. When i go into the login it ask for a new mail and password but does not accept it

Could you please private message me the username you are currently using so I can attempt to find the account. Once we have the account details and username, we can have the email address changed once you have filled out a statutory declaration for us afterwards.
