No data in files, how do I get this back?


I am on Reckon accounts home and business v31.
When I open reckon, all I get is "N/A" for the file name and a total in the account. When you try to open each account, there is no data at all.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the programme twice, no change.
I phoned reckon, they gave me an updated version but no change - it just reinstalled the previous faulty data.
Help!!

yes I have got back ups

you should be able to go to file - restore a backup - navigate to where the backup is and restore. But don’t overwrite any of the files already in there just in case. Add 2025 to it for the name of the file e.g.

I went to "restore a back up" - I did it from a flash drive, followed the prompts but no change
