mfa not working?
Not gettting a code suposedly sent to mobile phone

The 'Remember Me' changes to Reckon Accounts Hosted should be unrelated to this. Are you still having issues receiving MFA codes? When was the last time you were able to log in?

Can you confirm which mobile phone provider you are using, whether you’re receiving other SMS messages normally with good signal strength, and also please try turning on Airplane Mode for a few seconds and then turning it off again to refresh your network connection?
Please let me know the outcome.
good singal strength, other MFA text coming through. Tried Airplanr mode on and off…still no txt frm Reckon

I can not get into my Reckon system on laptop, so cant access an ID

I can get into Phone app…the MFA did not send SMS, the code appeared on the screen of mobile phone as "from messages" and disappeared as soon as I started typing.. But I need to work from Laptop.
