None of the reports are showing..... and when I try to print the entire program freezes and Have to log in again .... Please help
if you are talking about the Simplified BAS/IAS report vanishing, you should be able to bring it to the front of the screen by selecting "alt"+"page down"
can't offer any suggestion in relation to your printing issues
This is happening for me know. Im using a Mac so have tried fn down but this doesn't work. Any suggestions please?

Have you tried allowing pop-ups in the Safari browser?
Yep pop ups are allowed for all Reckon
Any other assistance please?
Could you please check this in the Chrome browser and let me know if the issue persists? This will help us confirm whether the problem is browser-specific or related to another factor.
