How do I remove myself as the Administrator and change it to another Team Member that is taking over my roll? She's already set up as a User with all access but can't do certain tasks in her log in (e.g. change the closing date)

Thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately, in Reckon Accounts Desktop, each company file is associated with only one Administrator account, and this account cannot be deleted or reassigned to a different username. The Administrator role is permanently tied to the Admin user. If you need to hand over administrative control to another team member, then you can:
