We have just migrated from Hosted to Reckon One.
How do I share the book with other people in our office and do those other users need to pay for access?
In hosted you need seperate licences, does that apply to Reckon One?

Unlike Reckon Hosted, Reckon One isn’t licensed per user. You can add as many people as you want for free, as long as your plan includes the features they need (like Payroll).
That means your team, bookkeeper, or accountant don’t have to buy their own license just to access your Reckon One account.
And the person you’re sharing with just needs their own free Reckon account.
