Issue with Reckon Accounts Personal Plus – V31 – reported to Support area for the past three day without a satisfactory fix.
- When clicking on Reckon icon to open program sometimes doesn’t load and open (notwithstanding being set to open as Administrator)
- If program opens then it gives a message – Welcome to Reckon Accounts Select one of the following:
- I am new to Reckon Accounts or
- I am already a Reckon Accounts user
- When selecting option (b) above I get the Select Your Data File message and I select open a file located on this computer. I then select my previous data file. This I have to do each time I open the program.
- After completing my data recording and go to back up the file an error message appears:
I have been submitting the report each time without support response.
The attached records the steps above to show the issues. I have a current and valid license.
Can anyone assist resolve these issues.
