Part time employees leave entitlements are accruing incorrectly.
I requested assistance a few weeks ago and thought I set it up as advised.
For part time employees - it has to be accrued per hour.
This is not working.
Any advice?

It's preferable that ALL leave is set to accrue per hour … but if it's not working, that means there's an issue with your config (setup) somewhere, either in the employee record or in the Payroll Item(s)
Can you post a screen snip of their leave tabs (from their employee records) ?
Make sure the Maximum number of hours is BLANK! :
whether part time or full time leave is best accrued per hour. Have you got a maximum of zero set in employee’s name - that can cause issues. What exactly is happening, the wrong accrual or no accrual?

The part time employee has worked a total of 143.75 hours since he commenced employment
Personal Leave accruing at 1.46 hours = 143.75 x 1.46 = 209.98 hours accrued. Is this correct?
Annual Leave accruing at 2.923 hours = 143.75 x 2.923 = 420.18 hours accrued. Is this correct?
It seems excessive.
Maximum numbers of hours as per screen shot from Shaz is blank

No, 1.46 & 2.92 are the total WEEKLY hours accrued (eg if accrual is per weekly PAY, not per hour !)
The accrual rates & periods have been set up incorrectly - You need to change:
Accrual periods to Every Hour
&
Hours accrued per … to:
Now that makes more sense.

It's easily done @JO-ANNE_7327707 & at least you had the correct weekly rates (just not for the chosen period selection 😁)
