Colonial Employer Super Clearing House for Reckon Accounts Hosted not working

Having been waiting for nearly a year for this.

Finally yesterday go the email "Thanks for registering! Clearing House Now Available". you can now complete the signup form. So I did that then today got another email "Welcome to Firstchoice employer super", you can ow register.

Clicked on the link to register. After entering the ABN & email address the process stops working. (Just sits there with a spinning status). This is why we needed this months ago to cater to the inevitable failure.

Ok eventually gave up, cancelled & started again. Registration went through this time

Not sure what had happened during the first registration process which was unfortunate to happen, did you do anything differently the second time around? If you could please let us know, it would be appreciated.

No offence but I had to laugh a little at your post. Your sense of entitlement over what sounds like a simple browser refresh problem is comedic.

The only difference is that on the 2nd occasion the page asked me if I'm a robot. On the 1st occasion it did not.
