Memorised Transactions

How do I memorise a transaction in Reckon One (similar to accounts hosted). I used this feature a lot as I send similar invoices to different customers, that have a few itemised transactions lines on them. It's also great for repeat payments that are made at random times.

Thanks for posting this idea on the community, hopefully we can come up with something that meets your needs and other customers as well like it once did in Reckon Accounts hosted.

May I offer the suggestion of using the duplicate function within an invoice as it might help speed up your invoice processes:

Thanks for raising this idea! I'm really happy to let you know our product team are actually kicking off work on bringing this feature to Reckon One!

At the moment, Reckon One has the ability to set recurring invoices, recurring payments and recurring receipts and we're going to expand this to bills and journals along with adding a lot more features and functionality as well.

No timeframes just yet as its still a little early for that but stay tuned for more info as we make progress.

That is great news, but we need to be able to enter the transaction when we need it - not automatically every day, once a month etc.

I have just discovered in Reckon One, if you have a saved invoice in recurring transaction, you can open up the invoice - Click on Create Invoice on the left hand side up the top and enter a new invoice - just like memorised transactions. Only problem is, you can't turn it off from being automatically entered, but you could change it to enter once a year as a work around.
