How do I import a QIF file from ANZ Bank for Reckon Accounts Hosted

Question

I'm trying to import bank statement transactions from ANZ Bank to Reckon accounts Hosted program. I cannot use the data. I have imported the QIF file, and I get a Web Connect Branding issue: Reckon accounts is unable to verify the financial institution information downloaded.  Please try again.  Account type unknown, Routing No has no data,  Account No has no data.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, and how have they successfully downloaded bank statements from ANZ Bank in Australia and used them in Reckon accounts?

Hi @Johnstond

Have you filled in your Online Bank Details tab for the bank account, here ? :

Once you’ve done this “mapping”, you can then import your bank statement via the Online Banking Centre:
