Access to Reckon Hosted

We have had to change accountants due to a range of issues and unfortunately our new accountant does not work with Reckon so we have had to change to new software. Is there anyway we can have access to our old Reckon Hosted data after our account is closed? We know we can download it as a Reckon file to our local computer but is there anyway we can open it? We would only need read only access to look up anything prior to the change.

you can download and install a trial version of Reckon Enterprise - which is Hosted, and restore the file to use for reference purposes.

Thanks @Kris_Williams for the information. You don't happen to have a link to the trial as on the Enterprise page there is only a link to purchase?

if you are still a Hosted user you can request a free copy to download from the reckon members site and login with your customer no and pin. No need to activate as it will stop working once your subscription runs out. But you need to ring customer support to request it

I don't think Reckon offer the complimentary version of Enterprise linked to Hosted anymore, just ring Reckon and ask for a trial version of Enterprise.

Gerry is right. Rav's post mentions you have to be an active customer on an annual subscription which I imagine the OP isn't anymore.

@ComputerAmbulance you won't get access to enterprise. You need to print your reports if you want them. I imagine your data is already on your new software

We are still subscribed but we only pay monthly and have not moved over yet. Our new accountant is going to change us after June 30 to keep the year tidy. I will give Reckon a call and see what can be done. Thanks everybody for your help!
